If you have an emergency repair after our office has closed or on Bank Holidays, please phone our usual number, 020 8749 7112, and your call will be diverted to our Out of Hours Team who will arrange to carry out the emergency repair.
An emergency repair is defined by an issue that requires immediate attention and may include issues which threaten the safety of the building or present health and safety concerns. This may include electrical faults, a fault with a door lock, a blocked water supply, or wastewater leaks.
